Our villa (380 m²) welcomes you all year round and offers the following services:
- A large living room of 80 m² including a small living room with fireplace.
- A 90 m² terrace accessible from the dining room and the living room, partly covered (dining area, barbecue) with superb sea view. It has an outdoor lounge.
- 1 large dining room opening onto the exterior, which can accommodate 12 guests.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen of 25 m² + pantry (2 refrigerators, 1 large freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.)
- 1 wooded park of 8000 m², gently sloping and terrace with sea view.
- 1 large swimming pool with its “tanning” beach and its magnificent view of the maquis and the sea.
- 1 pétanque court
- 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, distributed as follows:
- On the garden level, 1 bedroom with 4 beds and bathroom + private toilet
- On the ground floor, 1 bedroom opening onto the garden with a double bed (160) and its private shower room
- First floor :
3 bedrooms with private bathroom, one of which has a bathtub.
2 bedrooms sharing a shower room.

Rates
High season :
July/August school holidays:
€9,600 per week.
“Middle” season :
from €7,500 to €8,200 per week.

Location and environment
A quarter of an hour from Porto-Vecchio, La Bastide Notre-Dame is located on the heights of Pinarello, 3km from its white sand beach bordered by a vast pine forest.
A few minutes by car from the small seaside village of Pinarello, you have a magnificent view of the bay and its Genoese tower. The beach and the small port of Pinarello will provide you with all the water sports, windsurfing, jet skiing, sea kayaking, rental of dinghies or motor boats, without forgetting the small restaurants at the water’s edge.
For those who are both sea and mountain, they will be hard at work for hikes in the Ospedale forest, interspersed with swimming in the famous “basins” and for the more experienced, the GR20 awaits them. As for the torrents around Bavella, they are particularly suitable for the pleasure of canyoning.
In Saint Lucia, 5 minutes by car, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, beauty salon, newsagent, baker, butcher, etc. During the season an open-air cinema is open for the pleasure of young and old.
The Galaxy complex, 10 minutes by car, offers you 4000m² of cinema and leisure areas (bowling, laser game, restaurant, etc.)
Bonifacio, its cliffs, its Sperone golf course (one of the most beautiful in the world) is around forty kilometers away. The beaches of Saint Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa-Giulia, Rondinara, are a few kilometers away and will be the subject of multiple excursions, as will the Cerbicales Islands, Cavallo, Lavezzi, or Sardinia.
